In Japan, for males/geldings, 4 years and older who love to run forever...
2 1/2 miles on Turf. "A Real Route" $100,000 purse stakes.
http://www.simhorseracing.com/race.php?RaceID=683363
My old 9 year old can't sprint, but he's tough and can endure. I couldn't find a long enough race for him so I made this one, come see if you can beat my old geezer. He's not the best out there, so it shouldn't be hard to do, but he still surprises at times. : ).

Re: Sponsored A Race
I wanted one more prep race for Heartborken, before the SC races, but also one that could give him a few extra days of rest before Wk16 Day 5 rolled around. So this race is on Wk14 Day 1.
I added an extra $50,000 to the default purse money...and it's on a dry track, at Middleground Park, Tennessee
Heartborken isn't the most consistent winner out there and he's 6 years old...so this might be a good opportunity for those with older horses to pick up some nice purse money with a win, but I hope he will do his best to prevent that...lol.
Grumpy Old Men Stakes -- GRADE 1 -- $250,000
