Looking to Start a new AWS track

Post by Dylan Christensen »

With the recent increase in All Weather Sprint in the SIM myself and quite a few others are seeing a lack of specific races. My plan was to crowd fund a new AWS track like Garret Folsom has done with AWR, I already have at least one potential investor. So let's start with some basic info:

When? Starting Sim Year 58
What? An AWS track, still looking for names at this point.
Where? I was either thinking of putting it somewhere between Fair Weather Park and Artificial Arena(possibly in Colorado) or in Illinois to create a circuit with Artificial Arena, possibly near Heartland Farms.
Why? As previously stated, the stakes races and general conditions races in AWS are severely lacking.
How? With the help of the SIM community putting in game points.

If you are interested in supporting the track please message me either in game or in this thread with your contribution(if you message me in game please also let me know if you would like to remain anonymous.) Those who contribute will each have a complete say in which races are carded at the track, location, and name.
Current Contributions:
Dylan Christensen-50k GP
Anonymous-50k GP
Shannon Hunt-30k GP
Anonymous-30k GP
Kasie Gillespie-30k GP
Jack Ryder-15k GP
Jon Snyder-10k GP
Total: 215k of 215k needed

Please feel free to add any comments or questions in this thread and let me know if I left anything out!

I rescind my last statement, we still need 15k GP to finish out funding but I have no doubt we will reach that. Again, thanks to all who have donated so far.

A bit late to getting to this but I’ve been pretty busy lately hence the low effort post. I will put up 50k GP this year towards the track which leaves 165k GP of 215k GP needed. Message me in game with your contributions and whether or not you would like to be a public or private donor if you would like to support this year. Thanks!

Only up to 80k GP. If you enjoyed the track this year and can spare some GP let me know!

Sent something over. Hopefully I'll see a few of my runners out there this year as I build my AWS sector!
