Need a Little Help
I no nothing about chasing...I have a couple of mares that came up "Potential" for chasing...#1 are they worth breeding that way? #2 I know the mare rankings are different for Chasers...what are they? Thanks!!

The ratings are Brilliant, Strong, Potential and no ability. I've kept a few potentials, simply because the rankings were tinkered with a season or two ago, and the mares have good chasing pedigrees/race records, so I'm willing to breed them a few times. If they pan out, I'll keep doing it, if they don't, I'll phase that out. For the most part, I only breed brilliant and strong rated mares. Hope that helps!
