Racing Youngsters
Hi just a quick question. Does anybody run their steeplechase Colts and Fillies in flat races before going over the jumps. Or is it better to wait and enter them straight into Steeplechases ?

Some of them do have flat racing potential so in that case I would but many of them don't and will just have their confidence destroyed racing over the flat. So if I were you I'd just wait until they can race over the jumps unless you find a walkover to put them in...
