Blue Hen Breeding help

Post by Dylan Christensen »

I’m finally getting around to booking my mares and I hit a road block right off the bat. Easy On the Super is my first Blue Hen TB mare and is also my first mare to hit that A hypograde(James Dean and Allonsy got it for her). Not even Alyosh could do that. I’m hoping she could be a chance for a good horse despite the seemingly lack luster female pedigree. If anyone has suggestions on who I could breed her to I’m all ears because I’ve got nothing.

I wouldn't worry so much about a hypo unless it's worse than A-, breed to any top stallion you are comfortable with.

I think I’ll follow that Rambling thing and try Kingdom Come. He’s not overly expensive and has pretty dang good numbers. Thanks Rochelle!
