Thanks to everyone who's supported Talus so far! He's seen some really, really nice mares and I'm really thrilled with his prospects. Good luck to all!

Re: Long Overdue Farm: Turf Sprint Stallions (Updated Y58 Preseason)
My guys had a great Festivus. One look at the studbook stats will tell you that Talus is looking VERY good right now, and if you got in last year at $40k, you're laughing.
Northern Avenger and his dad both had excellent results as well, with the former increasing his stakes% by a couple points and the latter by about a point.
There have been a couple of fee increases in accordance with demand. Always happy to do deals with newer players, though, if they have a worthy mare!
Happy new year, fellow turf sprint enthusiasts!

Re: Long Overdue Farm: Turf Sprint Stallions (Updated Y59 W12)
Been awhile. Updated top post to include:
-SaF is 14 and the clock is ticking. He could go any minute and I can't guarantee that I'll be able to reliably get online to buy him his extra time, so get in while you can, seriously.
-Talus is kicking absolute ass. I kinda can't believe it. His first crop hit the ground running; he already has the winner of the G1 White DIamond as well as a pile of other graded and listed winners. I'm so impressed with him.
-Northern Avenger is still awesome so that didn't need an update. Breed to him.
-Wait for Daylight was a really nice surprise with his hypos last year and then his first gallopers this year. I didn't give him nearly enough chances but his numbers are really nice. Get in there.
-Absconder also had really good gallops, a little less shiny but it's looking like he's gonna be a nice workhorse.
-Retired a new guy, Ifitmakesyouhappy, who's hypoing better than average and is up for a very fair price.
-Lord Empire is still great and flying way under the radar.
Happy breeding season to all, and to all a good Wednesday.

Right? I have no idea. I feel like I just woke up this morning and was like... when did I get all these things and how will I find them all enough mares?!

Bump and update. Not much to change considering that they're all still awesome!
Talus needs very little introduction or hype at this point, and I'm thrilled at all the support he's been getting. I hope you all get rewarded with amazing spectacular babies.
I really want to take a minute, though, to highlight my lesser-used guys.
Northern Avenger is still just about the most pedigree per dollar that you could hope to find, and he's been a very solid producer. He has a really nice freak 2YO this year which I'm hoping will put his name in lights a bit.
Wait for Daylight is my ace in the hole. Nobody really knows about him but he's quietly been putting up super nice numbers and I think even those will improve more as people start noticing him and sending him nicer things.
Lord Empire is also very much under the radar, but keep him in mind -- his numbers are great and he's got a few nice yearlings waiting to hit the track next season.
Then there's Oyama, for all your AWM needs, because I have very few AWM needs.
Happy breeding to all!

Little bump for this thread in time for breeding season! I'm super pleased with how all these guys have been doing, and proud to add my first really nice dual-surface stallion to the stud barn this year.
Peruse at your leisure, and happy breeding!
