At the ripe old age of 18 (and not a penny spent saving her!) Saphira has passed into history, leaving a robust healthy filly (random) behind.

Very handy Cleo, thanks for this! Bred my blue hen mare to After the Disco, hoping for a freak!

Had my 5 best mares bred to 5 (all different) of your guys before noticing the profiles.

I'm happy with the mating's I decided upon.

Your guys are the best. You're a one stop shop for anyone who wants a quality dirt router foal.

And who doesn't?

And priced, I might add, for nearly any budget.

Small sample size, but if you have an Are Lions Real mare, consider Zero. He's produced 1 stakes, 2 Allowance and 1 productive from 4 ARL mares I've sent to him.

I sent a blue hen, Exonerated, (who's from my Foremost line of mares), to Time Limit. Got an -A hypomate with them.

This is the resulting colt.

Putting a spotlight on...
CAPTAIN MY CAPTAIN

Image

Captain My Captain is named after one of my real life horses. We won 5 races together and he was one of those horses who I just bonded with. So I had to have a SIM horse who honoured him, and the Captain is it. He's from the Maryland Million line and by sire of sires Maelstrom (think Tahoe, MoM, Vortex etc.).

So what is hot?
The hottest thing so far is Will You Keep Me, a filly from a Doctor mare. Worth trying the Doctor line!

His 10 stakes gallopers are from the following damsires: Anointed (x2), Doctor, Fugitive, Jack Skellington, Mint, Rambling (x3) and Together
5 of his stakes gallopers are Steward-bred and 5 are Player-bred

He seems to have a fairly even mix of colts and fillies. 60 of his 211 (28.5%) foals are Allowance or Stakes, 32 are fillies.

Please note; gallops are as listed by the game as at time of posting

So I haven't had a single spare minute in the last two months to finish off the Spotlight articles, but I thought I'd remind everyone to keep on trying to breed a freak!

I had forgotten about this thread and offer - mostly since I though the chances for me to breed a DR freak this year was miniscule. Of my 16 DR foals to date, however, one is sired by After the Disco (who late in his active life is becoming one of my favourites) and one is sired by Conquerer. Fingers crossed. And toes. And eyebrows.

Anyone cash in, Cleo?

And do gallop improvers still qualify?

In his first crop, Farseer has 3 freaks. So, yes somebody cashes in. It’s just not me, lol.

Thanks for the incentive Cleo! He looks to be a very nice stallion.
