Tonight the mighty mare Skyfall passed foaling a Dave Matthews Band filly that I will be retaining for my broodmare barn.

I went to write a sappy sentimental post about this Derby winning gal, and what she meant to me as a broodmare once I got her, but I wanted to start out by saying "Skyfall was born on..." and that's where I just stopped, because she was born December 7, 2013, and she died December 7, 2019 and that is a. pretty cool and b. wow, she was a part of our SIM lives for 6 real years.

Sorry, so sorry to hear about Skyfall falling into SIM heaven. The emotions associated with this game can be real. I felt so blue when Cadeauje left the game. Here's to the next amazing mare following in the footsteps of Cadeauje, Skyfall etc. and so forth. jX

I'm sorry for the loss of your great mare, Em.
Also, it doesn't seem like that much time has passed since she was racing. I'm always shocked when a well known horse dies and I realize how much time has passed since it last raced.
