TR Stud Bengal - 5 Time G1 Winner - Stud Fee Slashed For Remainder of his Career

Post by Mr. Lord Rich »

Hey all,
Now that stud fees can be reduced with the recent update and not dependent on earnings I have lowered Bengal's stud fee to $7,500 to attract some attention.

Bengal
  • 5 Time G1 Winner
  • Most accomplished sire in this price range
  • Access to Fight and Defend Bloodline
  • A- hypos
I bought him six season ago for a nice in house option to boost my broodmare band which in Turf Route is not that great.
I have actually bred the bulk of his foals (106 of the 137 total). With my subpar TR mares I have still managed get him to 35% Allowance or Better.

Please give him a look at $7500 for those mares in your barn you are hesitant to send to the higher priced studs. Who know you might be happily surprised with the result =)

Thanks For Looking!

Great ad, and well put. 10-15 Sim years ago I would have been looking hard for a stud like this. Newer players pay attention: you don't need to breed your formidable mares to Brilliance or Goodnite Goodnite.
The Hub Group of Farms: where saving your boarding and shipping dollars is always a priority, especially when you don't know where the next race will take your horse.

Agreed. This Stallion is a good example of one where honestly, the owner is trying to save a new-ish Breeder quite a bit of money.

Hopefully as the Seasons go on, this 7500-15000 or thereabouts price range actually becomes a viable option in many divisions. It should work that way, since we really are hitting critical mass points in many TB Divisions in terms of the ## of Stallions available at 30-40K+. They're not all actually equally worth it, and that's to say nothing of the correct examples that Lucas points out above.

Again, just to cheerlead his point: If you're a newer player, newer breeder ------- Stallions like this, for prices like this, are what you NEED to take advantage of.
