Return of the lease mares

Leased race horses are automatically returned after the last race at 16.6, right? But leased mares, do they stay another week, until the end of the year? Thanks for any clarification! Would be sad to miss the deadline and return a bunch of unbred mares...

I think they are returned when the new year switches over.

Yea I'm 99.9% sure retired mares aren't returned until the year turns over. Racehorses are returned earlier so if the owner wants to retire and breed them they can.

Retired horses are returned when foals are due I believe

Good good, thank you! Let's go with when foals are due/end of year. (I see now there is a lease aution ending after the 16.6 results so that's the only option that make sense...)

You can breed until the following Friday at noon game time (for short breaks)
