Stud question
Does the $50g payment to stand a stallion also apply if I breed only my own mares to him and not make him available to the others? Thanks

Yes, you have to pay 50K to stand it, no matter what you do. If it is a super poor stallion, sometimes the 50K fee is not worth it.

It was done to keep some of the "junk" from being placed in the stud book/a player breeding 1000 bad foals (that they sometimes then gelded for $, boy I miss the $ for gelding)
