And Talus.
Also Tragically Hip is a nice one.
(I'm not really keeping up with all the newest TS though...)

Talus, Mahler, Ahtohallan and Tragically Hip are generally on par with each other at the top of the heap. My new guy At the Summit is right there with them in terms of hypos but the gallop change nerfed his first year stats. Same with Beautyinthesorrow.
Honestly if you sort by stud fee and take out most of the multi distance stuff (not because they're not good, just because they're not always priced in line with the rest of the ts division) you can get a decent idea, at least for the high end horses, as many owners take hypo quality into account when pricing.
That's not to say that there aren't hidden gems in the sub-25k bracket because there totally are.

LONG OVERDUE FARM: Keepin' it Canada since Year 16.
Stallions to meet your every need. As long as you need a turf sprinter.

I will _breed_ sub 25k, but I like to use hypos to test my mares. If a mare can't manage an A- to B+ with a stallion who usually hypos in the As, then I know she's probably not worth keeping. I only culled maybe 4-5 mares.Laura Smith wrote: ↑1 year ago Honestly if you sort by stud fee and take out most of the multi distance stuff (not because they're not good, just because they're not always priced in line with the rest of the ts division) you can get a decent idea, at least for the high end horses, as many owners take hypo quality into account when pricing.

Edit: I will add I'm talking about mares who also have "modest" pedigrees to put it diplomatically .

I have two Nevermind freaks. Also some stakes and allowance. He is still somehow at 10k. One of my favorite Turf sprint studs.

Talus and Malher are the studs I think have the best hypos
