Distance bloodlines Turf routers.

Post by Andrea Bouwkamp »

So, I bred a nice long distance turf miler by Summerland. Her dam was by Itoko. She excelled at two miles.
I’m at a loss as to how to breed her. The best hypo was with Brilliance who is extremely expensive IMO.

I am not familiar with how to breed this type of horse. Any suggestions? Her name is Summeritoko.

Summeritoko

I have no suggestions but thought a link might help more knowledgeable people to chime in for you, Andrea.

The hypos are reflecting the mare's breeding potential as assessed by the SIM. Maybe try her with one of his sons or with a horse that was good at 10-12f. Phenomenal One gives you some Itoko cross via male and female and is a good sire.

Save him for a guy named Marque. Add speed and route distance versatility
;p
