Derby winner at stud for 50k

Post by Emily Mitchell »

Mace has been retired after a nice 3rd place finish in the Steward's Cup Classic!

He is standing for an extremely reasonable 50k (for dirt routers!)

Enjoy!

I'm surprised he retired but VERY happy to use him!

Mace's fee might change depending on if he did poorly or well or what with gallops later today... BUT I just wanted to say:

Thank you to everyone who used him for his first year! Love ya all!

So.... I could not be more thrilled with Mace's first crop! 5.4% FREAKS already and that's not including his late blooming stakes babies

Fee is now more reasonable for his percentage at 100k

Oh and I saw you already breed two babies, Steward!

I wasn't messing around. I feel strongly that everyone slept on Mace last year, me included. But I also thought he was racing this year, so it's not my fault!

Really pleased I bred to him at 50k last year, he was a steal at that price. And I got a stakes filly :)
Congrats on such a nice racehorse and promising stud!
