Hanson Studs Updates-MAHLER FEE SLASHED

I have decided I don't care about stallion stats so I've slashed fees on Mahler and Dissimulation.

Mahler now stands at $60,000

Dissimulation now stands at $45,000

I have also opened up DR and Baltimore Crown winner Honour Among Thieves to the public, he stands for $20,000 and is Steward approved!
