If anyone would like to lease her for free, I just retired the mare:

The only thing I ask is that you do breed her this year.
I've leased out a few free mares and had them returned to me unbred after the end of a year...someone else could have got a foal from them.

First reply to this post gets the mare.
I enabled a catalog for her, also, she was a 'sound' and was a 'progressive' type Allowance runner.
