Appy Barn Dispersal

Post by Steve Leavitt »

I've got a few pretty good Appys, but while I've been considering getting rid of the sprinters and keeping the routers, I really just need to further consolidate where my attention goes, and the Appys seem to be the next logical step in that direction. My entire Appy barn is up for sale.
There are sprinters and routers, no milers. I'd prefer one person take the entire thing. Here's what I've got.

Racing Barn:

In order from top to bottom, there is 1 Solid, 1 Productive, 5 Allowance and 7 Stakes. CORRECTED, Walkin on Gunshine went up to Stakes on this year's turnover.

Training Barn:

Yeah, that single sprinter in there is a late blooming Stakes.

Breeding Barn:

In order, top to bottom, there are 3 Formidables, 2 Stars, and 3 Blue Hens

That's 23 Appys in total, but since I don't know what price to ask, make me an offer privately and if I like it, they're yours. I dare not type them out, but I have two figures floating in my head...one figure for what I'd LIKE to get and one figure for what I'd settle for. Someone will need to clue me in on how to transfer this many horses to a single individual in one fell swoop.

Thanks for looking them over and for your consideration.

The links you offered bring us back to our own barns, Steve.
Tell me if these "search"-links are not correct:

Breeding Barn

Combined Racing and Training barn (since only one yearling :) )

Sorry, Ash. Thought I was doing it correctly, and when the links showed me my barn, I thought it was okay. Oh well. They are sold now, even with the errors.
