Created App stallion for sale

I'm trying (again) to decrease my numbers and am interested in selling Joker B Good. I just don't have the quality of App mares to support him, but even with my blah mare band, he has had several A nicks. In a barn with a stronger broodmare band, I think he could be a very nice stallion. I bought him with the intention of really getting back into Appaloosas, but my attention is waning.

So, there have been several parties inquiring about a price. I have no idea where to price him (or I would have just thrown him on the sales page for simplicity). If you are interested in buying him, make a best & final offer- sim cash, etc. I'll be honest in saying I would prefer sim cash or a turf route mare lease (stakes producing from a very strong female line).
