Free Leases

I have a bunch of fillies ready to go out on free lease. New, Junior and Intermediate players are welcome to choose 1 filly to take to start with, then I'll open it up for a 2nd one if the thread goes quiet before they are all gone.

You get the filly for Year 58, and then first refusal on her lease for the remainder of her career. So if you'd like to race at 4 and 5, let me know and I'm happy to do that.

In addition, if you get her earnings over $100,000 then you get her first foal for free. There's some really nice bloodlines here so its worth it to get the best out of your filly. When we both agree its time for retirement, you cancel the lease, I retire her and then lease her back to you to breed the foal. (This also applies to anyone who already has active leases of my horses.)

If you decide you don't want to race your filly any more but don't think she's ready to retire, or because you are quitting or taking a break, please terminate the lease. You will forfeit your right to a foal in this scenario, and the filly will be leased back out again to another player.
