Two new starter allowance races added- with a bonus

I have added two starter allowance route/marathon races at Trial Park for W16, so watch the claimers for gems in the rough that maybe just haven't been given a chance yet at the longer distances. I will pay out some extra bonus cash to players that, IMHO, make particularly clever claims and get a lot out of their entry. Good luck, and have fun with it!
