A few headshots I really love... one is not one of my horses and is from quite a ways back in Sim history...but I just love the looks of this guy...so majestic.
Chesapeake Bay -- ran from year 9 to year 11 Had 13 races, won 11, second once, third once. 10 of his wins were in Graded Stakes and the other of his 11 wins was his first race in a maiden.

Of my own horses.. I think this one edges out a few others I really love too.
Forethought:

She's from my 'Foremost' pedigree line of successful mares, her grand-daughter. I think she looks so confident and strong, yet still has a lady like look going for her.

In contrast, is a grand-daughter of Forethought..
Roughian,(who is still currently racing). She's just fierce looking, and shows a lot of attitude with the pinned ears and head down, her lip just barely starting to raise up..a back off, warning look that doesn't make her look very lady like...lol:

I enjoy looking through the headshot gallery from time to time...so many wonderful portraits.

Was the marking made to look like your silks? Looks super cool! Also, this one has the ‘don’t you dare mess with me!’ look

I wrote a long despcription for the artist Kassidy Smith on how I imagined "See You Never" and Kassidy made the headshot based on that. I hadn't mentioned the star and snip, thus I think Kassidy imagined her markings while she was making the portrait. ( I love them!)
It's interesting that you came to think of my silks, when I saw the picture the first time I immediatelly thought of devil's horns (and also a heart). :)

Going Home "Tank" 100% has always been my favorite headshot since it was made. It's perfect! Tank was named after that letter that is the voiceover throughout the movie Act of Valor, so I always pictured him as a strong, courageous horse. I feel like his headshot shows that perfectly, this big, strong, fearless horse. Also he's drop dead gorgeous

Image
Hey Brother Is just a very handsome dude, I didn't really have much of a vision for him before he got his headshot, but couldn't imagine him any different, even though his marking is wrong (no complaints here, love the bald face, couldn't imagine him with a star). Honestly though, those ears, who couldn't love those ears

FLD Raven, pretty and proud, just like the real life FLD Raven (now LD Raven). Just looks a little different from his female black Labrador namesake
