She's gorgeous. I'm so glad you had her in your life, and she had you....she looks so perfectly content in those photos.

I know the pain of losing pets and at times it just doesn't seem like one can bear it.
But on the scale of things...
Personally, I know I would still rather have had them in my life and then have to bear the pain of of their loss, rather than never have known that kind of unconditional love and devotion that a pet offers so freely.

I've always said that each death of those we know and love leaves a wound, some deeper than others. But the emotional wounds heal...but they also scar our hearts...and I hope to die with lots of scars on mine...proof that I loved and was loved in return.

My condolences, and I hope in time you will be able to remember her with a smile rather than tears.
