Horse name!

Post by Jess Dowson »

I am down at my dads racing yard for a couple of week and I’m planning on retraining a horse who hasn’t ran as he’s abit slow🤣 he’s about 15:3 ish and dark bay, he has a white face and 3 white legs below the knee/hock. I’m thinking of Percy or Bertie. He does have a registered name which is mystical waters😂

just my 2 cents. ...

I always think of Bertie as being a girls name... from Roberta.
Percy doesn't sound tough either.
Neither does Mystical Waters ... :P

A strong name...might help his confidence. ;)

Mack
Jax
Hunter
Gunner
Ruger
Sawyer
Jarrod

Best of luck with him.

I like Percy, especially since it fits with the name Mystical Waters (Percy Jackson anyone?) ;)

I like Percy also. Stormy's suggestions make it seem like he's looking to compensate for something he lost long ago

I'd name him Jezzro. I love his Mystical Waters acoustic track.

Or maybe 'Styx" verbally it the spelling won't register...but it ties into 'mystical water.

And verbally...upon hearing 'sticks' people might think it refers to the legs...although it's usually applied to thin, long legs.
