I absolutely cannot believe Moyes has this side up to 4th. Just amazing. A nice sleepy nil nil draw in today’s match should keep them right there on points.

If/when they sell Rice (and potentially Soucek who has been brilliant) can they please not sell him to ManUre or Chavs?

Loved going to Upton Park back in the 80's and 90's to watch my team Wimbledon play West Ham , Especially if it was an evening game. The crowd was right on top of the pitch and under the floodlights the atmosphere was brilliant. Only Problem was getting home. The police let the West Ham fans out first and left the away fans in the stadium and then they would escort you to the Underground Station where the West Ham fans would be shouting at you and throwing things to try to hurt you!! We would then be put on a train and the train wouldn't stop at any stations until we got to Tower Hill in case the ICF were waiting to get on and kick our heads in!!
Am engaged to a West Ham fan. Apparently right now is the best they’ve done in 8000 years. This story made me smile. Sorry not sorry, Wimbledon!
A Welshman supporting a London Club? Normally the Welsh are very nationalistic so surprised he doesn't support Cardiff , Swansea or Newport depending on where he was bought up of course.

I bet he likes Rugby though and is excited for the 6 Nations which starts next month.

He's right on the border, so he's more of an English Welshman, unless they are playing England in things and then they are mortal enemies. He really just loves horse racing as his only other sport. He might even love horse racing more than I do, which is saying something.... he's not bitter and cynical about the whole thing yet!

Oh dear. I was born in Derby, so guess who I support 😂 Nice to see we’re both languishing down the bottom of the table this season.

I don't know about the Steward's fiancee, but I'm just a Yank that picked the Hammers a couple of years ago. After a lifetime of my last name being mispronounced "Ham" I decided to lean into it (and also because I didn't want to be like every other 20-30 something American and pick a big six club). However, I was unable of their supporters reputation as hooligans, nor the club's reputation for chaos. Needless to say, I've learned much about the latter. This year though? Wow. Moyes is a wizard. His transfers are night and day better than under Pellegrini. They just need a striker, since as awesome as Antonio is, his hamstrings are made out of Swiss cheese.

I don't want Rice or Soucek going anywhere. Luckily it sounds like Chelsea isn't as interested anymore after Lampard got sacked.

I’m an old Iron Maiden fan and bass player so I like Steve Harris a lot. He played in their youth system for a while.

Anyways I’ve been a West Ham fan since the Somewhere In Time album. On the back cover they snuck in a scoreboard that says West Ham 7 * 3. Loved that.

Anyways, good, tough, physical first half but the deadlock has been broken by Salah. And as I type this he just added a second. 😡 That should seal the points for Liverpool...
