Scheduling During Pre-Season

Post by Cleo Patra »

I've just noticed that we can schedule training for day 1 of next season. Is it worth disabling this until after races open or 1 day before week 1 day 1 of next season? I'm just wondering how many people will schedule a day 1 training, forget that they've done that and then do preseason training then day 1 rolls around and people end up with a stack of injured horses.

I wouldn't disable the feature. While we are between seasons that is a good time to schedule your horses for training since we won't have a whole lot else to do. I realize many people like to gallop their horses to see if there are any gallop changes so those people need to exercise caution when scheduling workouts. I believe it is the responsibility of each owner to manage their stable and properly utilize the tools given to them. That's just my opinion.
