Disconnect in number of paying boarders and number of horses paying board

Post by Tammy Stawicki »

If I go to my farm's page it claims that I have 328 paying boarders. Yet if I go to my transactions it claims I received board for 238 horses 90 fewer horses... Now it is possible that those 90 horses all shipped in since board was due but this seems unlikely and I've noticed these large discrepancies before. I did some counting to try to figure out where the disconnect was coming from I have 98 horses boarded there, so it doesn't perfectly explain the difference (though it is at least close and I could believe 8 horses have moved since board was due) and AJ has 26 so that doesn't explain it either.

Anyone else notice this in their farms as well? And if so do you know why?

How many of the paying boarders are your own horses?

I decided to look at my own farm. It says I have "4,112 Paying Boarders", while "Board Received (1,137 horses)". Now I have over 3,000 horses (including pasture), and most are at my farm unless they are current racers. As Nena is trying to point out, I think the problem is that the "Paying Boarders" is incorrect and should actually be "Total Boarders".

I have 98 horses there so that may be where the difference is coming from with the remaining few being horses that have moved since board was collected. However, I could have sworn there was a time where your own horses weren't counted in the paying boarder count as they are not actually paying boarders, but maybe I'm remembering that wrong.

I think you were right. Check it now.

Keep in mind, the amount being paid and received was correct, but the "Paying Boarders" number in the location page included horses you owned.

Yup paying boarders is now down around 200. Thanks!
