Can't delete messages

I cannot delete messages from My Messages screen. I've tried to delete individually and as a group and none go away. Just started this morning.

I can delete individually but still can't delete a group. When I tick boxes and click on "delete all selected message" nothing happens.

You must be using Internet Explorer or Edge. I did something a little different on that page and now learned that it works in all browsers other than Microsoft browsers. I re-worked it. Try again now.

I decided to change to Chrome. The site seems to run much better now I've changed.
