Having problems changing sale prices

When trying to either remove a horse from the sales page or change the price, I can't do it. I go to the sales, lease, or offer horse button, and no option is there. I got this feature to work when I removed a mare last night, but I can't do it with three horses.
Can anyone help?

This is what I'm seeing. Looking at horses that have never sold (so no 48 hour resale problems)

If I look at horses in my racing barn and click sell, lease or offer horses I only have the option to set a lease price or offer the horse privately, there is no option to list the horse on the sales page.

If I do the same for horses in my breeding barn I do have the option to put them on the sales page.

Yearlings and foals I only have the option to offer privately.

I was trying to modify the price on three horses or just remove them from sales, and it won't let me. They've been on the sales page for several days now.
