Shipping Cost Issue

I have two horses that shipped for upcoming races. They are supposed to be $100 ships. My charges follow...
Y51-W3-D3 (2018-10-03 10:30 am EDT) Moved Action Beach to Harness Expo -320
Y51-W3-D3 (2018-10-03 10:30 am EDT) Moved Beenie to Harness Expo -320

These are the horses in question. They both shipped from farms in California to a California track.

Bottom line is I'm short $440.

For Action Beach:
Y51-W3-D3 Moved to Harness Expo
Y51-W1-D3 Moved to Magic Raven Ohio
Y51-Preseason Moved to Clay Mile

For Beenie:
Y51-W3-D3 Moved to Harness Expo
Y51-W2-D3 Walked the Shedrow
Y50-W16-D4 Moved to Magic Raven Ohio

It looks like both horses shipped from Ohio not California. The shipping charges are probably correct.
