Certificate Exprired??
I am getting an error message claiming this site is no longer secure and that
the simhorseracing certificate expired as of 8:00 U.S. eastern tonight. I have
never had an issue before. Any ideas what this is about. All of a sudden my
anti-virus was to block this site.

Re: Certificate Exprired??
I was able to over-ride the message in Firefox, so that it doesn't keep coming up. But I don't remember what I did. Still, a big inconvenience since I'd rather be using Chrome.

Re: Certificate Exprired??
I was able to over-ride it in Chrome but the address bar has Not secure in red
I think there was an Advanced link on the error page and after clicking that there was (at the bottom) a link that said "Continue to site (Unsafe)"

Re: Certificate Exprired??
Lori, I did the same thing in Chrome, but every time I click on a link (horse or whatever) in SIM, I get the message again.
Re: Certificate Exprired??
It is supposed to auto-renew before expiring. Something didn't work. We are aware and working on it. Sorry about that.

I also turned off "Safe Browsing" in Advanced Settings - maybe that's what stopped it from flashing the error page at me?Regina Moore wrote: ↑5 years ago Lori, I did the same thing in Chrome, but every time I click on a link (horse or whatever) in SIM, I get the message again.

Yes, that worked - awesome!I also turned off "Safe Browsing" in Advanced Settings - maybe that's what stopped it from flashing the error page at me?
Re: Certificate Exprired??
The certificate is fixed. You can return all your browser settings to normal.
