Auction Bid My Bid/Max Bid

I'm not sure if this is an issue but I put bids on three horses in one auction and my max bid was also my current bid for each. I would have rather had only the bid I needed to be my current and my max bid only as necessary. Is there a glitch? have things changed? or am I missing something?

There are two boxes to set your bid. 'Your new bid' and 'Your maximum bid'. It appears that you entered the same number in both boxes so the bid went to your maximum because it was also you 'new' bid. Those numbers don't have to be the same.

I just did an experiment with different numbers in each box and it behaved as expected. Let us know if you still suspect a problem.

I see it and it works like you said. I must have always put my number in the max box in the past without ever thinking about it.
