Creating races

I thought we were able to create races at player sponsored racetracks...I’m having trouble creating a couple of maiden routers for Alexandria Park....any suggestions?

I may be wrong but I think it depends on the owners of the tracks? I "sort of kind of" remember something about this but I could be way off of the mark.

Also you can’t create Maiden router races until a certain time after routers open I believe... I’ll try to search for it
