no longer able to sell pensioned horse

It seems that the option to sell pensioned horses to Rochelle is no longer possible,is this intentional or an error?

Looks like we can't sell a pensioned horse to anyone.

I was able to do it in a bulk sell, so it seems to just be limited to individual horses.

this should be sorted out now and back to normal. The only change should be that you can't sell/give/lease etc a horse that is in a pending, or open auction.
