How is the auto name chosen when it adds the Year # in front of the name?

It's because you re-used the name of a mare that already had a unnamed foal this year.

Detective Ferguson on point!! Wow I guess we didn’t think of that scenario when we made this change, guess I’ll just be forced to name my foal :)
