Hey guys,
I've had a tech note about someone being able to unable to sponsor/create a race at London Gallops for GBR-breds. Can anyone recreate that so I can see what the issue is?

If I recall right… if you set any of the other restrictions (for example, simperior/new/junior only) it won’t then let you make the race state restricted. That could be the reason?
