Catalina Cruiser. I think he had some issues with injuries and wasn't the soundest horse, but he was an imposing physical specimen with the ability to do some special stuff.

Welder. He's gotten a little more attention as of late, but still such a cool horse who has been fun to follow for years.

Afleet Alex.....8 wins 2 seconds 1 third & a 6th in the Rebel when he was diagnosed sick after the race. Lost the Derby due to a bad ride by Jeremy Rose (fished third). Won The Preakness in one of the most spectacular stretch runs in history (was knocked sideways by Closing Argument; went down on both knees to a point where his nose touched the track; got back up & incredibly won the race.). Went on to crush opponents in The Belmont.
It's better to have it & not need it than to need it & not have it.
