The limited races at Suffolk have been pretty solid and you can find value. Also note that because they dont allow horses to stay past Sunday may go unclaimed so there are some big drops that get by. This allows some live runners to sneak into some cheap starter allowances down the road. Here are my price plays for the day
2nd- #5 Hardwin -well bred for sprinting and may be speed. Should get fair price with Ny shipper taking $ 3/1
3rd- #1 Columbano- broke maiden on turf and returns today to right surface. Tactical speed could wire with inside post. 20/1
6th- #3 Vinegar Joe- Candy Ride runner has 4 wins from 6 starts at distance. 3rd race of year should rebound after strange trip in last. 10/1
8th- #5 King Gatto- looking for 3rd in rown. Likes the distance and with Mott/Sharp in here should get every bit of 15/1
9th-#8 Persie- took all the pressure on rail in last now moves outside and should get a better trip/ 10/1
11th-#7 Chamois- Bullet work for new trainer who is 24% off the claim. Drops back to win level. 6/1
Suffolk 9/2
