I bought that program when it first came out on VHS Tape, and I still have it : )

It's a wonderful program, and one thing I loved about Jim McKay, was that, unlike some of the network clueless talking heads that are announcers now days, he really seemed have a love and a true knowledge of the sport of horse racing. His narratives on Derby days and other major racing events were rarely dull as one could see he was naturally and actually truly excited about the event and not just showing some Hollywood song and dance show to look 'enthusiastic' in front of the cameras like so many of those covering the races do now.

The program is very well done... I might have to watch it yet again. : )

Jim McKay was great and so was Tom Durkin. Both of them made the sport of thoroughbred horse racing more enjoyable to watch.
