Hipódromo Camarero and horse racing in Puerto Rico

Post by Aloretta Dethly »

Hi all! I'm doing a research paper on the social and economic impact of horse racing in Puerto Rico and thought I'd see if there is anyone here with knowledge of it. I am trying to put some emphasis on aftercare so I've reached out to an aftercare organization on the island. I've also contacted the track and am waiting on a response.

I know there are Simsters all over the place so I thought I'd try my luck.

Thanks!

Send a message to Susie Rydell, I THINK her farm has a good story about it.

I spoke with Kelley Stobie, one of the co-founders of the Caribbean Thoroughbred Aftercare, Inc. organization. She was VERY helpful and super nice. I'll shoot a message to Susie too!
