SA Derby

Post by John Smith »

Thinking about making a visit to SA for the derby this week if anyone else may be going and would like to distract me from losing real money and talk about the SIM!

PM in the game, I dont check here as often as I should... and I ain't 100% certain I am going, scared of losing that real money! On the sim, i made my first bet - against myself!, lost so...yeah just like real life! 0-1 in the sim!

John

P.S. sure would like to know how to get my silks in that top right corner of my comments!

I will be there, and Ali Hedgestone too. Not sure if anyone else is going.... I'm not usually much fun because I work for 12 hours but we could still meet!

Won't be there, but will be having all sorts of meltdowns in front of my TV, as I own a share in Forbidden Kingdom. Also Micro Share in the SA Oaks.

I might drive out, depending on how the rest of my week is going.

I will be there, and have Micro Share in the Oaks. I don't have FK, but will cheer for him like crazy.

I'll be pulling for FK and Richard to get his first SA Derby win. I can't believe that Richard hasn't won that race yet. That seems crazy!

Looks like I'm missing a good opportunity for a SIM dinner, but I'm never going to finish within 2 hours of the races being done... cry

It was nice to connect with John Smith for a few minutes before heading down to watch Microshare. I later looked for Pietro, too; however, he had abandoned his post by then.

When I walked by the "How to Bet" booth there were two chubby ladies with 3 little kids all eating ice cream. I took a wild guess that none of those were you. But then I suppose it depends on what kind of scandalous activities you and Andrew were in fact up to. If it was you, loved that shade of lipstick!
