Week 7 Wednesday
Crimson Pirate won again, taking the G3 New Mexico Appaloosa Sweepstakes.
Tough race. I am seriously liking this colt and he will become a stud probably at the end of *next* year (I'd like to run him at 4).

Re: Week 7 Wednesday
Dismal. Absolutely dismal.
Augh.
2 thirds
2 fourths
1 fifth
1 seventh
2 eighths
1 eleventh
And all but 2 had previously done quite well. *sigh*

Dude, I just need to find Pace On's magic piece of equipment! At least that's what I hope. He's right there! maybe its the jockey! hmm. At least he keeps pushing Larry's horses for the records
And Terri, perhaps one of my several talented Zimm's ladies will have to visit Crimson Pirate in the shed. My Zimm's lads aren't at the same level.

Re: Week 7 Wednesday
Dang. Crimson Pirate now holds (we'll see for how long) the 350 yard record for Appaloosas (He's three seconds off the 300 yard...twice).
I'm in love.

One ran third and the other two went merrily on their way to Greener Pastures, where they will be outrun by caterpillars in their paddocks. Hey, you win some, you lose some!
