Another Heads Up

Ever since the move to the new server, occasionally someone complains of the chat room freezing up on them. Leaving and coming back doesn't work, it won't let you in until you wait for a little bit and then a few minutes later it will randomly let you log back in.

It's not a huge deal, but I just thought you'd want to know.

That is an interesting observation. The Chat is hosted on a different server which did not change. It may be coincidental if there is any correlation between when this started happening and the change to the new server.

Let us know if you continue to see this and if there is any consistent or repeatable conditions when it does happen.

A little late to the party but it happens to me all the time, just randomly. No rhyme or reason to it.

Melissa this stopped happening to me after the last Java platform update I downloaded. You might see if you need it.
