Starter Allowances
I don't know if this is the best place to post this, but I just noticed that starter allowances are only for horses that have run in a claiming race in their last start. This is disappointing, in real life starter allowances are usually written for horses that have started for a tag in the last year or 6 months, sort of like the SIM claiming Crown races. Could there be a chance that this will ever be modified?

Re: Starter Allowances
I thought the horse had to be exiting a claiming race, or another starter allowance race.

Re: Starter Allowances
Here's the condition book from Oaklawn, Race 2 is a starter allowance. NYRA tracks run alot of starter handicaps, which have the same condition (having started for a tag in the past year) but they are weighted by the Racing Secretary.

I meant for the SIM. I know that RL starters you usually have the current year plus 1 more year of eligibility

Re: Starter Allowances
I know, thats why I was asking could it ever be modified in the SIM, to be more realistic.
