I don't know about changes in equipment but I would run her back at 400yrds, her best SF by far was at that distance.

400 for a tag, is what i'd do. Outkicked means that they couldn't keep up in the stretch.

Maybe try just a tongue tie at 400-yards. Also, it might be worth it to try 550-yards and maybe 650-yards. She definitely needs atleast 400-yards and she doesn't do well at all at 870-yards.
Blinkers & tongue-tie might be worth it, too...
