I agree, Meaghan. I just treated them (the real life counterparts) the same as the sim racehorses and categorized them according to the distances that they have won at. :D

No guarantee that your 400-yd mare and 400-yd stallion will make a 400-yd foal!

Hey Big Spender is now definite to go to stud. I pondered having him private if he never won a stake, but he broke through in a big way at 350 tonight.

Hey Big Spender has now been retired and standing stud in NM for $15k. While his race record may appear to lack, his is now the record holder at 350 yards. He had the misfortune of being one of the older horses from the original release of horses, and then realizing that he is a sprinter. He ran against fast horses at 220 yards and was just getting beat, and runs 2 huge races at 350 yards, and now the 350 yard recold holder.

Mr Cellophane has been retired and standing for $15k in NM. He is a 550 yard specialist, with a race record of 8: 6-2-0 at the distance of 550 yards, and consistently running speed figures above 70.

Please consider both for your retiring mares, as well as my other 2 stallions, Did I Win and Dbacks.

Nice, Jarrod! You sure hit the jackpot with all those nice stallions -- now you're setting the supply/demand of stud fees!!

Trust me, I would like to go higher, but I don't think the demand/market is there yet. I see them 5 sim years down the road being 50-75k for top of the line stallions, but I could be off as well.

Four Sixes, who won four of six at 650 yards, will be retiring after Wednesday night. His fee will be $5,000.

I agree Paul. This is an awesome thread.
