I'm extremely excited!! RIAN beat Nar & Zamil (each had beat him one time before) today to become the first Arabian to win two graded races! He's now 2nd in the rankings behind El Pantera (132pts vs. 126pts). I hope there are some Arabian mares (sprinters) that will want to breed to him at the end of the year!

Overall fell just shy of $100,000 in purse money this Wednesday. :)

decent night after the last two weeks of crappy nights. No wins, but 1 second, 2 thirds, & 1 fourth. All brought in a check.

Simply Stardom He's finished second in his two races this year. Not too bad for a $1000 purchase over break.

My Little Yoyo finished third. This is the first time he's brought in a check.

Utah Blaine bought him b/c I liked the name(big Louis L'Amour fan here) so was happy that he brought in a check.

Rich Briar bought him for $750 and even with a fourth place finish, he's returned that.

Count me in, that is as long as I can afford it. :)

I had a good night, most my horses were in MSW races. I went 11 1-3-2 with two others earning checks.

my one win was with my only Arabian, Mojave Nomad (3yo colt) who broke his maiden at 1 1/2 miles in 2:49.84 earning a SF of 72.

19-4-5-1 59,120

All maiden wins - two Arabs, a trotter, and an Appy

Two stakes seconds, for an Arab and a trotter.

One second was a Paint filly that got claimed, and I was happy to have her taken off my hands.

The one third was a recently gelded 3yo maiden Paint in a three-horse field. Since he got beat 11 lengths, he's going bye-bye. So is another chronic loser.

I'm 0 for 12 with Paints, though I've had some stakes placings.

Pretty good night. Yeah, I love my mixed breeds (especially trotters)
4:2-0-0

Comeback (trotter) broke his maiden, finally at his 7th start after three 3rd place.
Salva Nos Deus (trotter) also broke his maiden at his 2nd start

Hop Skip'n Buck (quarter) finished 4th at 400 yards MSW (100$ purchase, so no complaining)
Trip Trap (trotter) was 5th at NW2

Not-so-high expectations, not-so-high performance -- but at least I didn't have any high hopes knocked down off pedestals or whatever.
I need MORE mixes.
LONG OVERDUE FARM: Keepin' it Canada since Year 16.
Stallions to meet your every need. As long as you need a turf sprinter.

No wins but I went 6-0-1-3 with only two not hitting the board. One bounced and one made his way to gp after the race.
