Goodguywearsblack, he's new to my barn and was part of the Dave Shields' dispersal. Dave bred and owned this terrific colt and guided him to 9 wins in 10 starts. A $1.4million auction price seems well worth it as he has won 2 of 2 races for me and by winning the Dubai Golden Sprint has already given me back $550K. He seems to always dig down and win that close race when necessary. Three more races and then it's off to the breeding shed where, depending on results, he could be one of the top dirt sprint stallions and a stable maker.
His first breeding will be to my homebred filly, Lookupdesire and I'll certainly be anxious to see what that pairing will yield.
This guy has generated new enthusiam to Sugar Bottom Stables and I look forward to the rest of this year thanks to him.
