Pretty ok night. From 10 starters got 1-2-1 (4ths-1).

Briar Uproar (trotter) won NW3. Looks like he again remembered how nice winning is (not like I'm whining about his running anyway). Lets see where we go next.

Hop Skip'n buck (quarter) was 2nd at Maiden claiming. And the race had 2 racers....
Walton's Mountain (trotter) was 2nd at NW3.

Looking for for Water (trotter) was 3rd at MSW

An okay night.

Briar Wood FINALLY broke his maiden! The colt has hit the board every time he raced and finally decided to get to the wire first.

Pt Feel The Paint took second in her claiming race. She may be a good money maker.

Treasured Judy my stakes placed mare took 2nd in a NW2. I think she just slated a spot on the broodmare band since she doesn't seem to like to race.

Stats for the night
6-1-2-0 for $11,240

$191,860 with 4 wins 26-4-3-6

Colorines remains undefeated since moving to my stable by winning the Illegal stakes in 20:14. Can this 4 yr old Paint regain the WR at 400 yards?

Optimus Prime comes so close to a new WR in winning the Prime Time stakes. The 3 year old QH ran 870 yards in 45:89 (sorry, my error, 45:91)

Cream Dream runs second against the boys in the Streak of Color stakes

Spotted Snow finishes third in The Talker Stakes

Loophole finishes third behind stablemate Optimus Prime in the Prime Time stakes

Fresh Cut Pine and Wabash Cannonball break their maidens

Kay -- I was checking out Optimus Prime a couple of days ago to see if there was anything running right now that would compete w/Dbacks in the breeding shed for 870-yds... Optimus looks awesome and will definitely be a great alternative to Dbacks! Can't wait till he retires as I have about 10 mares that excelled at 870-yds!

By the way, he tied To Cute Four You's record -- Nicely done!!

Sorry, I put the wrong time in my post above. OP's time was 45:91 so the WR is safe for now!

Thanks Landon.
OP will probably race next season since I will be retiring my Paint stallions BLUE MAX and COLORINES at the end of this season. Do you have any Paint mares?
