On the Stakes schedule list it is listed as for 3YO but on the entries it is described as 3YO and up? I am thinking Derby and it should be a 3YO race?

Yes I think it is true and the Steward is aware of it. She doesn't have access to the internet much while she is in KY, but I am sure the conditions will be adjusted once she is able. Also, it is the 3rd Leg of the SAF Triple Crown.

There are a couple age-related errors on stakes races this week, I noticed. There are two in Japan that should be for 2yos and are listed for 3yos and the South African Oaks is also listed for 3yo+.

There is also a race in Argentina that should be for F & M 3yrs + but it is showing that it is an open 3yrs+.
