You can also do a search for horses with 0 as the age and sales price greater than equal to 1.

I'm a little confused. I can see foals perfectly fine on the sales page...? In fact, I've bought at least one of them without having to click on only the foals function.

Yeah, the point is that the "Foals" text on the Buy Horses page isn't a link, so you can't easily filter the sales list to see only foals.
